I have twenty years experience in the pharmaceutical industry at many levels including five years as a vice president. I had no secretary for nine of the eleven years I was at my last company, since we were a small start up operation. I have experience in finance, sales, marketing, distrbution, operations and office management. I now work part-time for my previous employer assisting with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement projects. I just lost a bio technology client, since they lost funding. I worked from my home and provided all levels of administrative assistance. I will provide copies of my resume and provide references upon request. Description:

My previous employement was with a start up pharmaceutical company. I was the second employee hired and we worked out of homes for six months. There was no office space, we started with nothing, the parent company was located in Italy. I worked with a realtor, acquired office space and set up the office for seven people. I hired the receptionist and all office staff. I coordinated travel for the Italians and worked my job as the Director of Distribution and Marketing as well. I worked my way up the organization into the VP Commercial Operations where I managed Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Distribution, Information Technology, Office Services and Bid Contracts and Managed Care. I managed more than 50% of the company. My husband retired in mid-2000 and we moved to Charlotte, NC. I am looking for part-time work to fill my day. I currently work 3 hours a day for the pharmaceutical company and would welcome providing assistance to a company or indivudual.

I use the Micorsoft Office package, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ACCESS. I have a desktop computer with 550mhz and 20g ram,cable internet connection.
